A Grounded,

Approach To Wellbeing

Blending evidence-based health coaching with reflective practices rooted in mindfulness, self-awareness and natural rhythms to support healthier, more balanced living.

compassionate

I support people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, unheard, or disconnected from themselves to rediscover who they are beneath the pressure, the responsibilities, and the constant need to adapt.

My path into this work was shaped by more than 20 years across luxury retail and corporate roles within the fashion industry, where I worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and gained a deep understanding of people, change and the many factors that can influence our wellbeing.

Part of what informs my work is personal experience of reaching a point where I needed to slow down and reassess. I know how easy it is to lose yourself while continuing to hold everything together. I am also deeply aware that not everyone has the opportunity to step away, which is why my work is centred on helping people find support, steadiness, and reconnection within the realities of everyday life.

As a qualified Health & Wellness Coach, I combine evidence-based health coaching with mindfulness, self-awareness and practical lifestyle support to help people better understand both the habits and emotional patterns that shape their wellbeing. My approach is designed to make lasting change feel realistic rather than forced.

Ultimately, my aim is to help people get out of their heads and back into their bodies.

THE HEART OF MY APPROACH

Creating space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace healthier ways of living that feel realistic, sustainable and aligned with their everyday lives.

SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS HEALTH COACHING?

Most of us already know many of the things that are good for our health — getting enough sleep, eating well, moving our bodies, managing stress and making time for ourselves.

Knowing what might help, though, and actually making it happen in the reality of a busy life can be two very different things.

Health coaching helps bridge that gap.

Rather than telling you what you should be doing, health coaching takes a whole person approach. It gives you the space to understand what matters to you, what might be getting in the way and what realistic change could look like in your life.

Together, we can explore areas such as stress, sleep, energy, nutrition, movement, self-care and the everyday habits and patterns that influence how you feel — taking small, meaningful steps towards changes that feel sustainable.
