Melanie Vanhecke Kenny (MVK Wellness) is a qualified Health & Wellness Coach providing personalised health and wellbeing coaching, lifestyle support and educational resources for individuals, couples, groups, workplaces and organisations.

Services may include support around areas such as stress management, sleep, nutrition, movement, energy, mindset, behaviour change, resilience and overall wellbeing through individual and couples health coaching, group health coaching, wellbeing workshops, workplace and organisational wellbeing, collaborative wellness projects and educational resources.

Services are delivered in accordance with recognised professional, ethical and confidentiality standards relevant to health and wellness coaching practice.

As part of providing these services, personal information may be collected and processed in order to communicate with clients, manage coaching relationships, provide appropriate support and fulfil legal and professional obligations.

MVK Wellness gathers and processes personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations and laws. This notice provides information regarding your rights and our obligations, and explains how, why and when we process your personal data, with whom we may share that information and how we keep it secure.

MVK Wellness uses personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. Personal data must have a legitimate basis for processing and any processing must be fair, lawful and transparent.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides the online platform through which our website and associated website services are provided. Information submitted through the website may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and applications and is subject to the security measures operated by Wix.

 

MVK Wellness does not currently process card payments through the Wix website. Where payment is required for services, clients are invoiced and provided with the appropriate payment details.

 

We take your privacy seriously and take reasonable measures and precautions to protect and secure your personal data. These may include restricted access, IT authentication, firewalls and anti-virus or malware protection. We aim to keep information in secure locations, restrict access to personal information to authorised persons where appropriate and protect personal and confidential information held electronically.

 

Where external data processors support MVK Wellness, we take reasonable steps to use providers that maintain appropriate arrangements for protecting personal information.

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will retain the relevant information until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or we otherwise determine that it is no longer necessary to retain it.
