MEET Melanie

After years working in fast-paced retail and corporate environments, I experienced first-hand how stress, overwhelm and constant being ‘on’ can impact both physical and emotional wellbeing.

My own journey into yoga, mindfulness and holistic health helped me create a calmer, more balanced way of living and inspired me to support other women in doing the same.

Today, I combine evidence-based health coaching with reflective wellbeing practices to help women create healthier, more sustainable lifestyles that feel supportive in real life.
